Had a really good experience with Riverdale and would definitely recommend them as a leasing company. The whole process from start to finish was easy. Matt was very professional, courteous and made the whole process quick and efficient. In fact the whole team were efficient & extremely professional. The car is lovely and delivery was quick and easy.
I must say, Rivervale has been excellent from the first call through to delivery of my vehicle. Everything was well organised and easy. It felt like I was dealing with humans. Matt in particular who was in charge of my account was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales unlike other lease providers I was considering (I wish they would stop calling me!). The car is great, and superb value. 10/10 highly recommended Would definately use again.
I am one week into a lease car deal with Rivervale. I enjoyed the fact that the staff replied to my initial enquiry via chats app, which was the next day. All staff have always made time for me. Never been pushy to get a sale. Always kept me informed. Always phoned me back when they said they would. I have found them to be polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Customer service is definitely a priority for them.

Brought our 2006 Mercedes 350SL from France for MOT. Great service - car was looked after and we were looked after. The way it should be. Thanks to Ben and the boys.
My Mazda 3 failed on engine management light and was idling poorly. Riverdale diagnosed leaky injector seals and leaking inlet manifold seals. All cured at less than 3 hours labour. Very reasonable charge for a tricky problem. Apologies for being tricky I had ongoing dental issues for a week!
I can’t praise the team at Rivervale Service and MOT enough. The team at Rivervale made me feel so welcome, even offering me a Starbucks coffee on arrival! (And during my stay) I was updated throughout the service whilst I sat comfortably in the customers waiting area. The service was completed promptly (Two hours) with every detail covered on a comprehensive check list. I really felt this service was like nothing I’ve experienced before - I now won’t go anywhere else!
