   Booked in Monday 8:30 as first job for a WAITING air con fault diagnosis, to turn up and be told it could be hours, so had to rebook. Rebooked for Thursday 8:30 again for a diagnosis while I wait, to be told they ran out of gas the night before!! No phone call the night before to explain this, twice had my time wasted there now, needless to say won’t ever go back!!!!!!!

   I am not a local and came here as I had a funny noise on my car. They saw me within the hour which I was so thankful for. The nice man diagnosed the issue within half an hour which was just amazing. Prices good too. Shout out to Andrea who was lovely on the phone and in person.

   Booked car in for MOT. Served by owner who needs serious customer training. He rang to say the car had failed because engine management light was on. His quote for repair was high I thought so took car to other local garage for quote which was much more affordable & was done same day with a smile & thankyou for your business. Returned car for re-test & it passed. Reason for such a low star rating to this garage is mainly because I did not feel valued as a customer & felt they were there to make as much money as possible.
