I have been going to Fairlight for a few years now. Every year for my service and MOT. What really stands out is the attention to detail and honesty. I only took my car there once, for an MOT as I live next door and the price was decent. I asked multiple times what the price for MOT is and when I arrived to collect the car I was disappointed to find out I needed to pay almost double the original figure. The reason was my car failed the MOT on dim headlights (old car, old lamps) and headlight positioning, and they "fixed" those things for me without asking. Headlight positioning is adjusted by a switch in the car and the dimness was fixed by spraying some polish on the headlights, each of those was charged at £10. Imagine going to a shop and a cashier scans extra things at checkout that you didn't ask for or want...

Fitted in fixing my flat tyre on the day, despite being busy. Even came to our house to blow it up and drove it to the garage. Fixed in less than 30 mins and super reasonable price too. Glad we have a great local garage we can rely upon. Thanks again guys

I've been using Fairlight for 4 years but as I am about to move away from the area, I think they deserve a review. They have looked after my car, van and motorbike for all servicing and MOT's. The work is always excellent and prices really fair, and all of the staff there are lovely and really care about your vehicle. Highly recommended.
