Having found garages intimidating in the past it was so refreshing to find a friendly family atmosphere amongst the plethora of choices we have today. The waiting area is small and cosy but compared to some areas that are huge and feel empty you would never notice because Jan and her team go far above and beyond what one might expect from the usual mot tribulations. I called up panicking because i didn't realise my MOT was over due, a lady called Jan answered the phone, she said don't worry, booked me in for 3 days later, they called me later told me what was wrong, shall they do the job, i said yes, they did the job, texted me to say it was ready, absolutely lovely job, thankyou ever so much.
