Tom was really lovely, friendly and attentive - always kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Food was pretty good, not much cheese on the garlic bread but not fuming about it or anything & pasta was lovely.
My wife and I went to Prezzo in Oswestry today, and I can only say the service and food were absolutely excellent. It was the first time I had eaten in a Prezzo, if today was anything to go by, it definitely won't be the last. The meal was paid for with a Buyagift voucher I had been given (very, very negative experience, don't buy anyone Buyagift vouchers). But the the staff turned our visit into a very positive experience. So thanks Prezzo Oswestry.
We had a great experience here today and will definitely back! As a coeliac, eating out is often limited but it was the complete opposite here today. Katie was really welcoming and gave lots of recommendations off the already massive gluten free menu plus offered any alterations if I wanted any. Thanks Katie for making us feel so welcome and to Tess for the delicious food :)
We had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The garlic bread was a highlight, so tasty! I requested a different sauce for my pasta, and the chef happily made the change with no problem at all. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you for such a lovely dining experience, we’ll definitely be back!
My partner brought me here for Valentine’s day. We’re from London and we came to stay in Oswestry for a night. They made our evening very special, everyone was so kind and attentive. The decor was lovely and fun! In light of Valentine’s day, roses were being given out to the ladies. Food and cocktails were perfect.
Such a disappointment. There were hardly any vegan options, and the food arrived lukewarm, both waitresses we told didn’t seem to care in any way. We were then pretty much ignored until we left. So overpriced for what you get.
Went here for a lovely meal out with a friend. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful food and great service. I had forgotten how much I enjoy eatting here and will definitely be coming back again.
The place looked really nice as we first walked in. The food was okay, unfortunately the longer you sat down and looked around that is when you notice how dirty and dusty the place is. The place needs a good clean.
Very busy when we arrived but very accommodating. Told us we'd have to wait 30 minutes for food which wasn't a problem for us but once we'd ordered it was on the table in less than 15! Hard working staff were attentive and accommodating and the food was delicious.
