Unbelievably great service! I called them in a panic as we’d got to Brighton and our tyre was flat. They fitted me in shortly afterwards and enabled us to get home. Such lovely people as well. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tidy, proper firm. After being left significantly out of pocket by a cowboy mechanic who failed to fix a problem with an electrical issue with my Citreon. Grants got me in on the day and fixed the issue within a few hours for a very reasonable price. The guys and ladies in there are very professional and that’s important when having a business. A perfect garage service. Popped in on the off chance of a rapid fix to a water pump on an average car that no one else could deal with for weeks ahead. The job is done the following day at an incredibly good price with exceptional reception staff providing knowledge and experience and overall care and welfare for their customers. Extremely impressed with the service, the repair And how they processed my need to get back on the road as soon as possible. Full marks to everybody there just brilliant.
The front headlight on my Porsche Cayman S failed. This was 2 days after it had a major service that cost a fortune at my main Porsche garage which is 1 hour away. I tried Grants as they are local. Super helpful. Fitted me in later that day. Steve showed me the problem. Sorted it, and corrected another bulb too. £57 later and it was sorted. So happy to have found a local garage full of nice people. Would recommend. Thanks!
23rd Jan 2023 update. Just used them again. Full service and MOT plus a minor washer niggle that needed checking. Great service again from there folks. Very happy and would still recommend them. Feb 2022 Original review A rush job arose due to my own oversight. I called to arrange for the work to be done expecting it to be a few days at least. They fitted me in the same day and got me back on the road. Excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Grants for the last 5 years, and have always had impeccable service from them! They are polite and courteous, and always call to let you know what the price is before going ahead with any work. This transparent approach is excellent, because it gives the customer the final decision, without any pressure. I am moving away from Brighton next month. If my new garage is even half as good as Grants, I know my car will be in safe hands.
