I was flying in and out of Gatwick and needed to get to Brighton with my two young children (ages 2 and 6). I really wanted something safe and easy, without the stress of trains and buses after a flight. To my surprise, the official Gatwick taxis didn’t offer booster seats or child seats, even for an hour-long drive on the motorway which felt unsafe. A local friend recommended Handy Travel, and I’m so glad they did! Booking was super simple via WhatsApp. I just gave my details, no need for credit card upfront, and everything was confirmed right away. When we arrived, our driver was waiting for us with proper child seats ready. The trip was smooth, comfortable, and at a very fair price. The driver himself was wonderful (thank you Carl) friendly, professional, and made the journey easy for us after a long travel day. I also booked the return and it was just as seamless. I can’t recommend Handy Travel enough, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Safe, reliable, and stress-free!
Excellent service we have used Handy Travel a couple of times. They offer a very good service I would highly recommend them. The driver is always very courteous, they arrive in good time for pick up the car is very comfortable and you arrive at your destination in comfort. They are responsible priced and a much better service then your normal taxi service. I will definitely be using them again and I have already booked them for our next drop off and pick up from the airport.
The guys at Handy Travel come highly recommended. They are reliable, punctual and it doesn’t cost through the nose for airport pick ups and drop offs. You feel safe and secure with either of them behind the wheel and they are very friendly too! I wouldn’t use anyone else for my airport journeys.
Would highly recommend handy travel. They made our airport transfer so easy with no stress, pick up was just after 1am and was on time, even made sure we all had our passports and checked the terminal we needed. I used Handy Travel for airport transfer to Gatwick and back and cannot recommend them enough. Ross our driver was a delight and a professional from start to finish, caring, funny, polite and impeccably on time.
