   I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dan and his team at Fort garage for going the extra mile,they got my car back on the road speedily after it failed its MOT,it needed a lot of work done to it mostly a new turbo etc,the car did have a RAC warranty from the dealer i bought the car from 12 months ago,but the RAC changed the goal posts,and said the turbo is not covered even though Dan did everything they asked,ie photo's and video's of the turbo,(so shame on you RAC).Thanks again Dan and your team.

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be warned about my experience with this repair shop. After a diagnostic test, we agreed on a repair price. I left my car there for a week. When I came back to collect it, I was suddenly told the cost had gone up – with no prior discussion. Then, I was told the car “wouldn’t last more than three months” anyway. If that’s the case, why go ahead and charge me in the first place? This is not how a professional or honest business should treat customers. I would not trust them again, and I’d strongly advise others to look elsewhere for fair and transparent service.

   Want to be nice one minute, then the next try be difficult... £160+ to do an hours work... I called back and checked that was the price, then speak to the owner who tells me it's by the book... another garage will do the exact same work for £94... dont waste your time on people that are rude and couldn't care less about customer service. Kept repeating "i do it by the book here" what book? What book is there that tells you what price you should charge a customer? You set your price... Next time talk to customers with respect, because I'll be sharing this on social media too.

   Absolute robbery.charged me £350 for putting a new set of front lights+new radiator.Both lights edges are out and the job has been done in worse way ever.I won’t recommend this garage to nobody.

   I don’t recommend it to no one to go in that garage the worst garage in the world. They charge me to change for glow plugs 100 £ and I said to them to fix it something else and they don’t do it they forget so please stay away for that garage. Thank you.

   I took the car for minor bodywork (2 dents) to be done on the front left door and the right rear door. I was guaranteed that it would have been done professionally without noticing the repaint. I’ve been left with the car that looks like a chessboard. Paid nearly £800. I now need to look for another garage to blend the paint into the corresponding side door. I would not recommend this garage to anyone needing bodywork repairs.
