   we ordered our food at 18.50 didn't arrive until 21.20. I phoned the restaurant as I wanted to add food onto the order and she put the phone down on me. my husband then phoned and the phone was put down on him too. we especially ordered early as my 6 year old granddaughter was eating with us but as it got too late she had a sandwich as she was too tired to wait and went to bed. we will not be using this restaurant again the service is poor and the staff are rude

   Absolute shambles, waited 2 hours for the driver to deliver cold food and then want me to pay delivery charge, and the rude lady on the phone refusing to give a refund and then hung up on me, avoid ordering here

   Yes it's new years eve,was told by the lady taking orders,placed at 5.38pm would be1 to1 1/2 hrs. 3 hrs later still waiting. Been regulars for years in collection/ deliveries. NOT NO MORE . SICK OF THE BULL arrived 8.45pm.What made it even worse.they forgot the boiled rice and the egg fried rice with our meals . Phoned them but could have free rice's with our next meal as was too busy to bring them out. Very disappointed with there couldn't care attitude. Was a reliable customer

   Decided to mix things up and order from these guys yesterday instead of ordering from one of my usual Chinese takeaways. It arrived in good time and as I spent more that £20 the prawn crackers came free - always a nice touch. I ordered the Singapore chow mein, the salt and pepper spare ribs and the deep fried shredded beef in chilli sauce. All piping hot upon delivery, and it all tasted divine. The deep fried shredded beef in chilli sauce wasn't to my exact taste in comparison to other Chinese takeaways I've had before, but every Chinese takeaway appears to do it differently. I'll definitely be ordering from these guys again.

   Went here for the first time not too long ago and I must say, the sweet & sour chicken balls are dam good here. Best in bedford I have had. Best I have had in a while. Portion size is great. Sweet and sour sauce also great. Will definitely be going back
