   I visited the Brighton branch after noticing a serious issue with a tire replacement done at the East Dulwich branch. I was assisted by the technician, Chris, who provided absolutely excellent service. Chris quickly identified the problem: the wheel had not been been balanced and the mounting surface hadn't been cleaned by the previous garage. He rectified the work efficiently and professionally, ensuring the car was safe to drive. He also took the valuable initiative to perform a vehicle health check and offer helpful advice. A great example of professional, competent service. Highly recommended—ask for Chris!

   Went to the Brighton, Lewes Road branch yesterday - 5th December to get my tyre looked at. I had phoned the previous day and did as requested by dropping off the car in the morning. My car was ready around 3 hours later, which was absolutely fine. My car is a mobility car and needed daily for my very disabled brother. On collection, the assistant informed me that the tyre only needed a repair, not changing and I quote...'This will last a lifetime now '. I left being assured that the repair had cured the slow puncture. I drove to Uckfield, approximately 20 miles, by the time I reached my destination to collect my brother the tyre light had come on the dash. On leaving the car, the tyre was already going down. I immediately called the branch back only to be informed ' Bring it back and we'll take a look '. There was no way that I could take the chance of the car not making it back to Brighton so I had to call the Uckfield branch who could only look at the tyre today 6th at 3.15pm. Myself and my brother got taken back to Brighton and I've had to return to Uckfield today to ( hopefully) get the car to the garage . As of writing this I am looking at my completely flat tyre, I need to pump enough pressure in it to get there. I want to thank the Brighton branch for not offering to help me to sort out a job that was not up to standard and had left me in dire straights. There was no empathy, no offer of help, nothing. I felt a total inconvenience. Maybe, I've just been unlucky with this experience but knowing that this is a mobility vehicle I thought that compassion and help may have been offered.

   I went here a couple of weeks ago with an emergency, unable to get the theft proof dust cap off of my wheel... The guys here were all so helpful; inspected the tyre and with immense effort managed to remove the cap and repair my tyre, blew them all up and had me on my way a short while later. I was beyond grateful as I was incredibly stressed about the situation as I have a long commute to work and the tyre warning was on. All of the people who helped me were friendly, kind and went out of their way late on a Sunday afternoon to sort the tyre for me. Being a new Brighton resident, I'll definitely be back next time I need assistance with my car.

   Nathan and the rest of the team were total lifesavers. brand new exhaust in one afternoon for a super reasonable price and a three year warranty! was apprehensive about going to a new garage but they took me under the car and explained the issue and what needed fixing and I felt overall very looked after. 100% recommending to everyone I know!

   Absolutely fabulous 10/10 service, polite, helpful, amazing job - can’t praise them enough. I had a problem with my rear tyre (Kwik fit Chichester didn’t fix) Dorian and Dom sorted it within an hour - the tyre had a split. They were superstars - really recommend them highly - don’t go anywhere else - truly a superb service! Thanks guys!

   I had the most amazing customer service experience today at Kwik Fit Brighton Lewes Road. I turned up believing I had a punctured tyre. I left my car with them. They checked and fixed it and when I collected the car, they didn't want to charge me as they found out that it was a different issue. I know of garages who would have taken advantage of the situation. Thank you so much dear Kwik Fit Team. You have won a new and very good loyal customer.

   DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Absolute rip offs and if you refuse what they’ve recommended you’ll come out with more problems! We went in as our tyre had a nail in and they tried telling my partner it was at an angle (incorrect) and we needed a new £170 tyre as that’s all they had, he refused and once he got home noticed ANOTHER HOLE! Luckily the people at Mobile Tyers, 42 Providence Pl on London Road were able to fix it without replacing it! They were amazing and so friendly. PLEASE DO NOT USE KWIK FIT, they rip you off and will make you pay for work you didn’t need! Since we can’t do anything about their dirty doings I want to warn people so they don’t end up in the same situation or worse!

   a bulb had burned out on my headlights. An unfriendly receptionist told me he couldn’t tell me how long I would have to wait before they would look at the car and declined to ring me on my French mobile number so I said I would come back after a coule of hours wondering around to see if it has been looked at, got back and he told me they had tried changing the headlight bulb and that was not the problem, which needed an electrician. I took it to a local garage today and they fitted a new headlight bulb in 5 minutes. Poor, unhelpful and unprofessional service.
