   Absolutely amazing, really enjoyed our meal here. We order the lion banquet. Everything came out very quick, hot and fresh. Staff were amazing, always checked on us, no rush, made sure we were topped up with food and drinks. The restaurant is situated within its own parking and grounds, beautiful front entrance with waterfalls and traditional Chinese decor. Thank you for a great evening, will definitely be back again, very soon!

   We held a birthday party for my wife here at the weekend, there were around 30 of us who all ordered different dishes and the service was amazing. The orders were taken promptly, the food was fresh and delicious and the staff were incredible with us- making the whole process from booking the table to settling the tabs as seamless as possible. I couldn’t recommend the Kam Tong highly enough for how well they accommodated us- even down to adjusting the air conditioning when the party got too hot. It’s been our favourite for a long time but this has truly solidified it.

   I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent dining experience my family and I had at Kam Tong Garden restaurant last Sunday. From the moment we arrived, there staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel very comfortable throughout our meal. We ordered one of your set menus, and every dish was incredibly fresh and delicious. The crispy duck, in particular, was outstanding—perfectly crispy, full of flavour, and so good that we couldn’t stop eating it! Thank you for providing such high-quality food and exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return again.

   First time visit. Just walking in to the smell of Chinese food was a treat. Mixed Curry (extra chilli, extra mushrooms) and a mixed fried rice. Really good portions and the taste was incredible. Lovely staff and very, very busy. Prompt and ready 25 mins after ordering online. Reasonable price too. Definitely will return.

   Went for lunch today—food was really good and the setting next to the lake is perfect. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the service, as we were reminded several times that they were about to close, which made us feel a bit rushed to leave.

   Fantastic food. I’d heard good things and their veggie starter platter was out of control good. To be honest we didn’t even need it because the mains were so big. I had the Ho Fun noodles. After giving them a few mins to cool down, the flavour started to improve the longer I ate. They really started to come together. Will visit again and can’t wait to try more dishes!

   Great quality food but a bit pricey. First time ordering via Uber Eats. We ordered two different dishes - one meat, one vegetarian. Roast Duck with chow mein, vegetarian crispy aromatic duck with pancakes and plum sauce. All very tasty and I had enough to finish the veg duck the following day. My friend, with a bigger appetite would have liked a bigger portion size for the money We later saw that you can choose a larger portion if you pay extra. The free prawn crackers, for orders over £20, were also lovely. Total £28.49.

   Good food and the location is classic. The lunch service was fast today. The waiting staff were friendly and accessible. Only complaint: if you're charging restaurant prices in a sit down restaurant, serve your courses on time. Mine was cold by the time my partners arrived and they were same dish. I'll definitely be back though, so keep up the good work Kam Tong!

   We left a poor review after having a bad dinner here. Not recommending this restaurant for food, small portion and perhaps not what we expecting from a Chinese restaurant. (We understand a lot of food needs to be precooked and frozen and we happily accepted this.) We tried to order some food and the staff also do not recommend us to go for it. The owner of the shop replied us in very rude and sarcastic words. He asked to cook him and show him what is nice and authentic food. They deleted the reply then and pretended they are so polite. I think the owner should at least apologize and admit that they did reply us in such a rude and unfriendly way. Dear owner, I understand this pandemic is really hard and everyone suffers from it, not only you yourself, so please do not blame everything due to the pandemic. Unable to upload all the reply he replied us but I do have the screenshot with me, not sure is it Google problem.

   Been to the Kam Tong many times and it never disappoints. Really friendly and accomodating manager and staff. Great food and a lovely building lovingly redecorated during lockdown. Also in a great location with plenty of parking and a view over the lake
