   Frank is a real expert and passionate about coffee machines. I picked up an overhauled vintage Isomac from him as dropped off my 26-year old machine originally from Ferrari's for him to look at. I's great to have someone like this to support coffee equipment in S Wales.

   I have recently bought an espresso machine from Francis and on the lead up to this I asked a number of questions, Francis was VERY knowledgeable and directed me in the right direction. I bought the Elektra Micro Casa A Leva in the end, this was fresh from the factory and is a stunning machine. Francis has since just touched base with me to ensure everything was OK.    We recently trusted our much loved Pavoni coffee machine to Francis and his team and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The machine had seen a lot of use over the years and required more of a restoration than a service, but thanks to Ferrari Espresso it's looking the part and making great coffee again. Francis kept us up to speed with progress, explaining clearly where he was in the process and couldn't have been helpful.... in turn we couldn't be more pleased with his work and communication.    Dealing with Francis at Ferrari Essprsso was a real pleasure, really helpful and informative. I pre ordered the Quickmill Pippa Nera from them and he was very professional and friendly, he kept me up to date with when the machine was arriving and when it arrived. As a plus the machine came with some coffee beans too! Couldn't recommend them more!
