    I had a pair of old and much loved Crockett & Jones derby boots where the uppers were sound but the soles had worn through. Couldn't find anyone to resole and heel them until I was recommended Thorpe Shoe Service. Like new! Infact a better sole than the original. Excellent friendly service and the price was good value and much cheaper than buying a new pair of boots. Highly recommended.

    Simple to say, if they can help they will. A lot of useful services are provided, watch batteries, shoe repairs and extras such as zips, key cutting, clothing alterations, slippers & boots for sale. it's always worth asking about any service you may need. Closes early afternoon on Saturdays.

    Visited store today to collect my boots - a much loved pair that I thought I'd have to throw in the bin due to the zip being broken. A great job done at a very good price. Do go and see this lady. She will give you an honest opinion on whether the work can be done and will complete work of a high standard. I will be using this service again for all my shoe repairs.
