The treatment was very efficiently carried out, and I felt fully informed of what was going on. However, it seemed very expensive for 30 min work. I have also asked for enrolment onto the HHS list, but haven't heard anything yet
Staff on front desk were wonderful very kind and patient. The dentist himself was the same . But that's where it ended the Dentist was a emergency dentist he hit nerves two times he's drill was catching and rubbing on my low lip left side while drilling two teeth. It left me with no feeling on out side of bottom of left lip and chin . On lip it's self to big ulcers say side to tounge . I've been to another dentist which was two days later he was could not believe the damage but me straight away on antibiotics i go go back to the new dentist on wendsday still no feeling and sore waiting to see if it's long term damage and what he can do for me and advice going a head.Just want to say at night Albion Dentist rent out their dental practice out to Emergency dentist so my review does reflect on the day practice who I've heard are very good
I just want to start by saying that, even though I seem to have a different dentist and hygienist every time I visit recently, the dentist who carried out my dental checkup was great. The staff in reception were also very nice and helpful with my mother who is elderly. The staff in general are lovely. However, what has happened to the waiting room? It used to be a decent size with comfortable sofas and magazines to read (as a waiting room should be). It's now a tiny room with very uncomfortable seats and paper thin walls, you can actually hear other people's conversations in other rooms which should really be private. It's now as cold, uncomfortable and depressing as any waiting room in any hospital, it's such a shame.

I was seen by Dr Rebecca Barr, who is not only highly skilled but also so warm and pleasant. She made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well organised. I’m really happy I chose this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Always welcomed to the dental practice by a very friendly team on the reception desk. Metz Jasmine the hygienist who was very accomplished, explaining what she was doing and asked if I had any questions etc. My teeth felt incredibly clean when I left and I valued her advice.
Unfortunately the dentist we had wasn’t very good at dealing with one of my children when discussing treatment that she needed. I will say the dental nurse that was with him was really good at dealing with the situation.
Jasmine Brown is a really lovely hygienist, she regularly checks I'm using the right sort of toothpaste, the correct sized interdental brushes and has helped me to improve my brushing technique. She's very thorough, kind and sensitive and has really improved things for me :) highly recommend!
Recently had to have a back molar extracted, so I was very nervous but Rajan and the lovely dental nurse were so patient, thoughtful and talked me through what would be happening and alleviating any fears I had. It was a lot less difficult than I imagined it would be and I can't fault the service from booking in with the lovely receptionists right through to the extraction itself and clear aftercare info! Thank you to Rajan for making the experience a lot less scary and for your excellent bedside manner! I recommend Albion Dental Practice to anyone needing dental care.
This dentist is amazing and has got me out of servers pain on 3 occasions in an emergency. still looking for NHS dentist currently, would love to be registered here, Staff are incredibly friendly, and the work is top notch.
