   Wouldn't even give it a 1 star but it's the lowest I can put! Honestly never had a problem here till tonight ordered the same thing I order everytime pork and mushroom to have to come covered and I mean covered in chunks of garlic (I like garlic but this is well to much) and where that is all your tasting every mouthful and just crunching on garlic isn't a nice taste, but then when I called up to say about it iv just been screamed at not let speak at all told its our problem, absolutely appalled buy the way I was spoken to tonight will never go back and will be telling everyone to boycott this place save your money and go Eastern express customer servise and food allways been 100% there!!

   Ordered on a Friday night online. 2 and a half hours later no food. I tried to call 20 + times to get an update and the phone lines were off. I went to the restaurant as I thought they must be closed. They were open. I spoke to a lady called Sil. She was rude and said “other customers were also waiting”. Sil offered me a bottle of Pepsi max as compensation. I later called Sil at 11pm as she was busy at the time and didn’t want to talk to me. She again was rude and said they were short staff and they didn’t care if we ordered or not again from them. The food was average. Would never ever order again. Robbie

   Food and staff are very nice people (family run) so It's always been as good and the food stays the same. Never had any issue since they first ran it and thats years back - Someone said food is not greasy or too salty that's correct and never once ever served me anything not fresh.

   I first tried here a year ago, and have since tried others as I was new to the area and everytime I find myself coming back as nothing beats it! The crispy chilli beef and sweet and sour chicken (hong kong) is to die for, as is the specific fried rice, so many flavours! Would definitely recommend! The only thing I would say is, I’d love a bigger portion size, but for the quality of the food i’m happy to have a smaller portion.
