   I recommend this dental practice. Dentist Dhruve Shastri took time and care to listen to my concerns. The teeth examination was thorough and each step was explained so that I knew what to expect. At the end of the examination Dhruve set out his recommendations and I had an opportunity to ask questions and clarify. I left the Practice feeling much better and more informed. The environment was very clean and calming.

   Required emergency treatment. First time at the Sutton practice. Exceptionally professional & caring Receptionist arranged a same day appointment. Light , bright & busy Reception. Seen by the wonderful Coilin & assistant (whose name I can't remember sadly). Definitely recommend, especially if nervous. Best visit to a Dentist ever.

   I’ve had two poor experiences with Sutton dental practice now. Whilst the treatment given isn’t bad it is their business practice that appals me. I spoke to them in November 2020 regarding teeth whitening and I was told the process was £375. What they did not mention was all the extras they were going to add to bump their profit up. Come January 2020 I have finished two weeks of HP6 gel and notice very little difference. I phoned the practice to order more which I was told before treatment was fine. I was then contacted back requesting me to attend a clinician appointment to get another prescription. This will be an extra £50. This brings the total to now £535! An extra £160 added on in extra fees including clinician fees and hygienist appointments. They seem to think there is an endless pool of money? This is not the first time as in 2018 I attended a regular check up appointment and the dentist took six x-rays, two of which she said weren't very good so she did them again, which added an extra £90-£120 to a regular check up. The x-rays were apparently to see the likelihood of my wisdom teeth coming through something that would make little difference. Clearly this is a business con so that the Sutton dental practice can charge extra money for appointments to gain more profit. I’d recommend you finding a new dentist.. I know I will! To edit this review further, despite having paid the costs of the tooth whitening procedure the dentist due to having received a bad review refused to sign off for the whitening gel to be supplied. She has obviously made her money and the customer service aspect is well and truly gone. Awaiting a phone call from Ian Allen the head of the practice. Avoid this surgery.

   Never a easy time to have a front tooth extracted ,But rest assured Mr Alan n team are fantastic, supportive kind n so caring .I had to have a denture fitted. I cried on thought but infact my mouth looks just the same if not better ! Thank you for such kind support x

   My experience at The Sutton Dental Practice has been wonderful, Drew is a fantastic dentist. He always provides really excellent and thorough care and is always happy to explain treatment answer any questions I have. I've always had a fear of going to the dentist, but Drew (and all the other lovely staff who work there!) is always reassuring and puts me at ease with a friendly and professional approach. Highly recommend!
