“Over the years, I have found the reception staff to be welcoming, with a cheery manner. They had to put up with a lot of disruption for considerable time with the leak in the shop and the temporary move to another shop (both of which were outside their control), very limited in space. Nevertheless, they kept the ship afloat, despite frustrations from customers, and no doubt themselves. Mina, the lead pharmacist, comes over as experienced, demonstrating care and patience, amid a kindly smile and sense of humour. He became my lifeline during Covid when gaining access to a gp or other medically trained member of staff became difficult, and he has increasingly become my 'go to' first line for medical advice. I thank the whole team for the service they provide to our town. We are blessed.”
