“Our older cat was getting rather poorly, thyroid, kidneys and liver. A couple of months later after her appointment, she had seizures. We had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot praise Pet Doctors enough, they were gentle, compassionate, caring, kind and that's just how they were with us! Absolute wrecks that we were. She was not scared when she went and that is in large part thanks to Pet Doctors. Two weeks later, a card appeared in our post with a small packet of sunflowers, from Pet Doctors, giving their sympathy, this was a very sweet and appreciated action which touched us deeply. The sunflowers have been sowed where she rests. Thank you Pet Doctors x”

They had to put up with a lot of disruption for considerable time with the leak in the shop and the temporary move to another shop (both of which were outside their control), very limited in space. Nevertheless, they kept the ship afloat, despite frustrations from customers, and no doubt themselves. Mina, the lead pharmacist, comes over as experienced, demonstrating care and patience, amid a kindly smile and sense of humour. He became my lifeline during Covid when gaining access to a gp or other medically trained member of staff became difficult, and he has increasingly become my 'go to' first line for medical advice. I thank the whole team for the service they provide to our town. We are blessed.”

“I did a search for a walk in clinic near me This turned as one however after queuing at both reception desks I was told it was not one The staff seemed very nice and sympathetic but were mystified as to why this walk in clinic was posted”

At the end of the examination Dhruve set out his recommendations and I had an opportunity to ask questions and clarify. I left the Practice feeling much better and more informed. The environment was very clean and calming.”
