   had a regular eye test and the optician flagged up a big problem and referred me to hospital.I was found to have a problem with my left eye snd currently receiving treatment. If it hadn't been for the competent staff at specsavers it could have developed into something much more serious im very grateful

   I have sent 2 x messages via the online form on the Specsavers Website telling you of my recent disappointing experience on 11th October with Seaford Branch. Both times it has said I should receive a response within 24hrs but clearly you don't seem interested in my views as nobody has bothered to contact me. Consequently my wife & I won't be returning after over 10 years as loyal Customers.

   It lacked the personal touch when I arrived, but both the eye test and help with choosing frames was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. I went in for varifocals, but also have reading specs on order, free of charge. So far I'm very impressed.
