   5/5 Customer Unsuccessfully Served I switched away from this pharmacy a few years ago due to long waits, with queues regularly spilling out the door and round the corner (not exaggerating). As they were offering flu jabs this year, I booked a first appointment, only to turn up and be told they had cancelled the appointment 5 minutes before my arrival. No worries, I'll rebook. Having just been in for my second booking, I waited in the queue (packed with others in the small waiting room, sheltering from the rain as the door blew open repeatedly) with four other customers in front of me. The first customer had the wrong medication issued, and was not allowed to have the prescription given back to redeem elsewhere, even though this was the pharmacy's fault. Happily, the second customer's medication was ready! But the pharmacist was not available to sign this out for several hours - the poor woman is still waiting there as I write this message as it is urgent she gets her medication following several delays already. The next two customers were also not given what they needed, but reasons are too personal to put into a review. I myself then got to the counter, only to be told that yet again my appointment had been moved last minute, with lack of prior warning and apparently zero forethought. Staggering - out of five customers in a queue, not a single one of us was served correctly. This place clearly has some serious operational issues, even before commenting on doors swinging in the rain, a small waiting room packed with vulnerable people and lackluster service from staff. Very much do not recommend. My next flu jab (if i get one before the season has ended) will absolutely not be booked here. Service from staff was okay, but no apologies and clearly there is woeful management, poor operational planning and a clear lack of respect for customers. Shoddy - find yourself a better pharmacy.

   Outstanding. Everyone is friendly, but much more important very caring and knowledgeable. They understand the issues which arise from complex diseases for which multiple drugs are needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

   Wouldn't use any other pharmacy. All staff are lovely. Someone's there's a wait but I don't mind that. A special thank you to Laura who helped me when I was in so much pain, sat me down and was kind and reassuring.

   Over the years, I have found the reception staff to be welcoming, with a cheery manner. They had to put up with a lot of disruption for considerable time with the leak in the shop and the temporary move to another shop (both of which were outside their control), very limited in space. Nevertheless, they kept the ship afloat, despite frustrations from customers, and no doubt themselves. Mina, the lead pharmacist, comes over as experienced, demonstrating care and patience, amid a kindly smile and sense of humour. He became my lifeline during Covid when gaining access to a gp or other medically trained member of staff became difficult, and he has increasingly become my 'go to' first line for medical advice. I thank the whole team for the service they provide to our town. We are blessed.

   Strange what some people consider poor service and therefore only worthy of one star. They obviously haven’t tried Morrisons pharmacy or they’d really know what bad service is. Everyone who has served me in Seaford Pharmacy have been respectful, professional and cheerful. Thanks for going the extra mile.

   The pharmacy staff are doing their best under the circumstances and couldn't have been nicer every time I've been in there. Waiting times can be frustrating but the negative comments I've seen towards the staff are unnecessary. I'm grateful that they are there and continuing to provide as normal a service as possible in such difficult times.

   Sorry but this place has lost the plot. You can go to a nightclub now, or a football match or on a cruise, but they are still making 90 year olds stand in the street, in the rain, waiting as they have a one in one out service. This pandemic has brought out the best, and the worst of practices and policy. This is the latter sadly. Not even any chairs for these people to sit on and a door that is heavier to move than a tank and always closed... Come on get some common sense back here please!

   I agree with the rest of the reviews. Just awful service and the dumpy girl often behind the counter seems to think she's in charge of something. Avoid like the plauge and go to paydans up the road. They are great and do not make any mistakes.
