   A bright spacious store -air conditioned with knowledgable accommodating staff. I order my repeat prescriptions online and collect next day. I normally phone through to check they are available. So far never a problem. Good value non prescription drugs available along with personal hygiene and vitamin supplements amongst other items. Wheelchair accessible with wide door - manual operation. Limited free parking in front of store ( normally all spaces taken ) good frequent bus service just around the corner. There is a post office, convenient store (Amazon and Evri returns/collection facility) just opposite.

   Me and my partner went for our booster/4th covid jab and were taken care of perfectly, I have a hidden disability was wearing my sunflower lanyard to indicate that. The pharmacist was fantastic very efficient in informing us about what we were having done.

   I was not told that my medication could not be delivered via my keysafe number and on returning home there was a note saying the items could not be delivered. On calling at the pharmacy to collect the items and speak with the pharmacy, I was ordered to wear a mask or wait outside in the cold even though I am exempt and am regd. disabled.I have never had to wear a mask before. The pharmacist instead of speaking to me in his office carried out a verbal assault on me in the shop saying that there were controlled drugs in the pack and these could not be delivered to my keysafe and on asking why I had not been informed of this when I telephoned in the mornng he continued his rudeness in front of the staff and customers yet one of the staff was not wearing a mask. Very unprofessional and it is not the first time this pharmacist has been rude. Would not recommend this pharmacy at all. He actually made me cry
