   We celebrated our wedding here in August, it was an event that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Seaford holds a special place in our hearts, and when we stumbled across this venue in 2023, we were blown away by how beautiful it was and knew straight away that we wanted to get married there. Trevor went above and beyond at helping us coordinate our wedding there and we're incredibly grateful for all of his help. Florence House truly is a hidden gem and the team make it even more special! :)

   We had 5 idyllic days and by the end everyone decided they couldn't leave until they had booked again for next year! The house and grounds, held us in a sanctuary that we didn't want to leave. The team were so responsive, and everything seemed so easy to organise! The food, fire pit, dancing on the hill overlooking the sea, sauna on the beach took it to a whole different level. There is no other place for us now! Thank you.

   I came here for a yoga retreat and it’s been absolutely wonderful. The space is beautiful, with incredible chefs and spotless, spacious, and comfortable rooms. We practiced yoga both outdoors and indoors, and there’s a lovely fire pit at the back of the house. The garden is home to hares, foxes, and badgers, adding to the charm. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and about a 25-minute hike to Seven Sisters. Despite the golf course on the hill behind, it’s incredibly peaceful. I highly recommend visiting or joining a retreat here.

   Beautiful space. Attended a yoga retreat at Florence House. Very calm, peaceful and serene. The rooms were very comfortable. The chef was amazing. We had really wholesome healthy vegetarian dishes. Fantastic views. Few minutes to the beach and Seven Sisters cliffs. Would definitely recommend

   We had our wedding here at the beginning off September. We originally booked and paid a deposit in between lockdown. We loved the venue and were a long way off till we finalised things! We had a very bumpy ride in between!.Steve the 1st manager was ok then he left and then we had a lady manager whom I don’t wish to name but she was awful . Made us feel very much like it was her special day and not ours ! Be warned if you have outside caterers in and don’t use there kitchen you will then be charged for use of tables table cloths knives forks salt pepper etc it all seemed very very disorganised and we felt very disappointed! She has since left !! Now at last we got Trevor who knows exactly what he’s doing and gets things done and sorted . I must also add Naomi was also very helpful throughout our journey. On our actual wedding day I must say Trevor & Naomi worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us.In the end We had the most magical wedding day at a beautiful venue The day was wonderful from start to finish it was fabulous and we can only thank them for saving the day .

   I had my wedding at Florence House beginning of September and I could not recommend it highly enough. My wife and I had the most amazing, magical day of our lives and it would not have been possible without the incredibly hard work of the entire Florence House team, whom we are eternally grateful to. We were in contact with Naomi and her team for quite a long time before the actual wedding day, but she made sure we were always updated on any new information and they always made sure to check in with us and invite us for walk arounds on the property. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed to ever be an issue they couldn’t solve and their professionalism is admirable. The calm atmosphere was something I really noted and it helped keep everything calm and running smoothly. All our guests couldn’t stop talking about what an incredibly beautiful venue we found and how amazing the staff were, and we couldn’t agree more. Also, the food is ABSOLUTELY to die for! There is not a single negative thing I can say, and I would not have had such an amazing wedding day had it not been for each and every member of staff at Florence House. Thank you all xx

   Thank you Florence House! My wife and I decided to use FH as the venue for our wedding in August this year. We couldnt have wished for more - they were excellent from beginning to end. The venue is stunning, everything was brilliant and they were exceptional value for money based on what we received. Mairin (the owner), Trevor (manager) and Naomi were all flawless in their assistance. I truly am very grateful to them for all their hard work and support throughout what is always a very stressful time. I could go on and on about how amazing this venue is, but you really need to see if for yourself (and I am character limited!). Thank you so much to everyone at Florence House and we will absolutely be back for another event soon.

   We've held two retreats with Clive Tempest at Florence House and we're planning another here in 2022. It's a medium-sized retreat centre - modern, warm and comfortable with a homely vibe. The staff are friendly and down-to-earth and we have felt very well looked after with nothing too much trouble for them. Such a stunning, peaceful location just a few minutes walk from the clifftops and our evening around the firepit with the full moon and waves crashing on the beach was magical!
