   Staff were very helpful however whilst queuing to order our drinks we noticed a fly frequently landing and walking about one of the cakes available for purchase.

   Very busy store sloppy service. Not a nice view or set an example one member of staff full of love bites on neck nit what you want serving you. Dirty tables and sides where preparing drinks and rubbish on floor. Not what you expect from a Costa branch. Very poor indeed

   After calling to the drive thru today I have to say the waiting time....(only one car in front of me) was really awful. From giving my order at the order machine, to actually being served, it was not acceptable. Took me ages to draw the attention of the girl serving to scan my Costa app to finally getting my drink...which has gone up considerably. No offer of any sugars & to top it all they had no stirrers!! Will not be visiting again....

   Costa is Costa.... Or is it?? This is my favorite place to grab a coffee.... Although pricey, the reward card is great... I have had quite a few free drinks. My drink Is always hot and consistent, I know what I'm getting no matter which store I visit. I love the cakes too.

   Visited in the evening 3 times this week before the advertised closure time of 10pm. On all occasions the place was closed and unlit despite a notice saying the drive thru was open, it wasn't. Tried again this morning at 6.45am and there was no sit down service. No reason given for the closure or availability of services. Would have given zero points if allowed. From previous visits I recommend they repair the furniture. 5/11 Place is open after closing for a few days after a makeover. Seems more spacious with a few of the big tables and a seating bank gone. Refurbished seats and other changes but has somehow has lost a bit of its identity. Can't put my finger on it but I'll visit a few more times to decide whether I like it or not. Service today was good and the coffee as comforting as ever. Upped my earlier one star to three to reflect the changes. 15/10/22. Minutes after 8pm I called at this Costa Coffee. I'd already Googled the opening times and I should have been ok until 9pm. Photo added. Drive through closed and shop door locked. Starbucks won my custom again.

   Staff weren't very helpful and really slow, badly needs a refurb as seats were dreadful (this is where we had to sit)! No covid measures on place, tables weren't cleaned/wiped when people left!

   Called in and unlike the nearby Starbucks I was able to walk in, sanitise my hands and order my coffee and snack without having to drove thru. Coffee was well made and being able to sit outside and enjoy it was rewarding.

   Always love a cuppa in Costa. They have a new healthier range out for lunch too making it much better. Staff are always friendly though the toilets were particularly dirty today.
