   Disappointing experience. We travelled over an hour to get running shoes having booked a gait analysis. We ran on the treadmill for about a minute and were shown the film without any useful software just a comment that maybe supprt shoes would be good. We were then brought 3 pairs each to try including the pairs we said we already knew and wanted to try something different. we could try the new shoes on the treadmill but were really left on our own with no analysis of the run in the shoes offered, the guy serving us did not even watch. Given none of the shoes offered suited us we then walked around the shop and asked our guy if that or that brand would have a show for us. each time the answer was yes, leaving us to wonder why we were only offered 3. To be fair the shop has a wide range of shoes. We left with shoes that did fit us and were just very disappointed having expected a lot of expertise and advice and got none of this. Our guy seems to have been 16 at most and was maybe employed as extra but nonetheless we were very disappointed. I was expecting some interest and some advice on each shoe tried.

   Quite possibly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Logan was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful when he looked after me with my gait analysis. All of the other staff were very friendly and knowledgeable also. Would highly recommend to everyone in Norfolk and beyond, I am never buying my shoes anywhere else.

   A visited Sportlink for the first time a week ago and was immediately impressed by the welcoming staff. A chap called Logan served me and was very helpful in choosing the right trail running shoes for me. After trying out a few pairs and different sizes, I purchased a lovely pair of Hoka challenger shoes. Logan has only bee working at Sportlink a short time but was absolutely top notch. For me, as someone who has only just got into running this was an all round great experience. Thanks

   What a gem of a store. I decided to pop in after running a couple of the Sport Link Grand Prix 2023 events as I needed a could of things for an upcoming trail run. Can’t believe I haven’t found this place sooner, friendly staff, good range of running products and an incredibly competitive price. I particularly want to thank Adie for his insight and help when it came to picking out the right bits I needed.

   Never been here before, decided to give it a go on recommendation, I can see why they are highly recommended! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and a gentleman called Danny went through a few styles and brands of trainer to suit my running needs, explaining different points of each trainer. 10 pairs and and 1 1/2 half later we found the perfect ones. Thank you I will be back for another pair!
