Tanya is a very experienced and pragmatic hygienist. Very good at explaining why changes have occurred and how to manage going forward.
I had been with magpies for 15+ years, its always been great until now. Many of my neighbors and friends were with magpies, but when it was taken over most of them left and told me how bad their experience was.. I Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but yesterday i decided to leave after a rude phonecall requesting that i pay a cancelation fee for an appointment for this thursday which i had canceled on monday (just over 3 days notice) Aparently this is in line with their 48 hour cancelation policy. With the service they provide more than doubling in price, their constant cancelations and postponing of both dentist and hyginist appointments i decided enough was enough.. They are extremely rude, appointments are rushed, they constantly try to upsell or sell you products. And they cancel with little to no notice.
Amazingly friendly team, from reception to the dentists and nurses, everyone was so helpful. Paul my dentist was very thorough and great with explaining all my options. Chloe my nurse was so chatty and kind. Kate on reception was lovely and really made me feel welcome right from when I arrived. I would encourage anyone to go to magpies they really are fantastic!
My Dentist and his Assistant are excellent. Every step of the procedure explained especially as treatment was the most onerous I have received to date. From reception to aftercare I cannot fault this practice.

My son usually has to be sedated at the hospital for any kind of treatment due to anxiety, but Majid was excellent dealing with him, keeping him calm and even managing to let him extract a tooth! Fantastic staff at this practice.
