   Whilst considering the many options to heat our recently added garden room we visited the Ducasa showroom in Norwich, we were met by Josh who listened to our requirements and actually demonstrated (very rare to be able to see the products working nowadays) the options that were available to us from Ducasa. This was done in a totally professional manner with no pushy sales talk, just a fantastic level of product knowledge & passion for the product. We went home to consider our options and decided to purchase 2 x AVANT DGI + low level radiators. The installation was extremely strait forward & connecting up to the control App was done in no time, very easy to follow instructions, so the offer of setting up assistance from Josh actually wasn't required (but it was offered). The whole process from the visit to the showroom (which I highly recommend you do) through to the system being used & the support offered by both Josh & Maxine was superb, something rarely encountered these days, "fantastic customer service" Thank You.

   We used Ducasa to replace our storage heaters in 2021. They were for our holiday let. They have been brilliant. Stylish and easy to use. The app is great as well because we can pre program them to be on for when we arrive at the holiday home after a 2.5 hour journey, something that was impossible with storage heaters. The open window detection is also great to save energy costs when the smart radiators detect a fall in temperature. We recently bought a further heated towel rail and they stayed open for us to buy and collect beyond the normal working day. Great service

   We used Ducasa to replace the storage heaters to replace storage heaters in my mother’s new bungalow. Our visit to the shop was very useful and Maxine was very good at explaining everything. In particular we were attracted to the app which allows mum to control her heating and hot water remotely, and for us to do it for her if required as app can be on several devices. We had some issues with the completion date but luckily we were able to leave the radiators with Ducasa until we were ready. The radiators heat up very quickly and are very controllable. It’s also very easy to have the radiators set to different temperatures at different times meaning that it’s very personalised. Very happy.

   I discovered Ducasa after doing a Google search for a heating showroom near me. My husband and I went along to the showroom where we met Mark, Maxine and Josh. Mark listened to the issues we were having with our old radiators, and explained how Ducasa were different. He showed us the app and how easy it is to control the radiators, which was a really important factor for us and was the main reason we went ahead and placed an order for all new radiators throughout our home, including a towel heater. These radiators are brilliant and so easy to control. This has resulted in us signficantly reduced our heating bill, as we can easily adjust the heating schedule, even if we are not at home and want to delay them coming on. We are very happy with the service we have received from the whole team, and I would happily recommend Ducasa to friends and family.

   We ordered two Avant DGi+ low level radiators for our garden room. Maxine at Ducasa gave us lots of advice and help so that we got the right product for us. The rads have been fitted and they’re fantastic. They look great and the room is nice and toasty. Ducasa were brilliant and we’d thoroughly recommend them.

   I've purchased two radiators recently and I'm very happy with them. I've installed them myself which was easy to do. The youtube videos were a great help to learn how to program them through the app. I like the feature that shows exactly how much energy the radiators consume while operating.

   We have purchased several heaters from Ducasa in Norwich over a period of time as and when we have made alterations to our home. The first set of heaters were delivered to our home and the delivery was very efficient and the driver went out of his way to deliver the heaters into our garage as the weather wasn't good. Subsequently we have purchased a further heater for our bathroom which we went to the showroom to purchase as we wanted some advice and a look at the actual appliance. From all of our dealings with Ducasa I am happy to say that they are extremely helpful and their products have proved to be very efficient for our heating needs. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone considering electic heating

   I can't recommend Ducasa radiators highly enough. I moved into an older property 3 months ago which had no central heating system, so I purchased 8 Advent DGI+ radiators with the smart gateway, the radiators are fantastic, heating our home with ease, they are easy to use, install and look good too. The customer services was excellent and delivery was very quick. Over all a great product and a big thank you to the team at Ducasa for all their help.
