   Awful experience. Myself and my mum went in for a pedicure and gel extensions full set as a Mother’s Day treat. first my poor mum was sat with her feet in freezing cold water, they did not wait for the water to soften her nails they dug in so deep that my mum thought her nails where bleeding and did an awful job. Myself I was not only sat in the chair for over two hours they clearly had no experience with nails. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. They used a make up brush to blend I white tip in was just so unprofessional. I paid £100 for both treatments but my family said I shouldn’t have paid at all but after sitting in there for two hours in just wanted to get out of there, would not recommend and would not go back!!!!

   Went for infills and a design yesterday. I’m not happy with them at all. I asked for red glitter nails and for the ring finger to have a Christmas present design. They ran out of red glitter half way through so some of my nails are almost plain. She didn’t go over them with another glitter. The design was a sticker and a top coat. She didn’t stick the sticker down properly and it was lumpy. I pointed this out to her and she said it’s okay it won’t come off. As you can see from the photo, it has in fact started to come off. When I left the salon they weren’t dry properly. This morning one of the nails has already started to come off. Avoid. Wish I had saved my time and money, will not be going back.

   I hate leaving bad reviews. However i can’t believe the state of my nails. They are thick, uneven and look like I’ve had them on for a while. I’m really unhappy with the results. The atmosphere was nice but the nails aren’t at a professional standard

   So where do I begin? The Swedish massage I got from Rita was superb! I went in feeling all achy and came out new born! Her treatment room is an oasis of calm. Really beautifully decorated. I found the massage table to be one of the most comfortable ones I’ve been on! Rita, as a person, is warm, soothing and attentive. An absolute professional. She has a very calming and healing energy to her. I love how intuitive she is. I also love how she encourages communication and feedback. 15 stars out of 5! :)

   I went and got my acrylics taken off and a new set ( paid £50!!). They were glued wonky and to my skin, the nails looks awful. Very disappointed !!!! The polish was applied poorly and it has an unpleasant finish. Poor service with my nails taken a lot of time to be done, personally I do not recommend as it is overpriced for your time and money and the worse thing is the finish.

   I do not advise Manicurist is an obvious delicant I paid £40 for it Manicure missing, cuticle not removed. The nails are crooked, the polish is uneven. I even asked for nails of the same length. Incompetent person Take the course to get started. People do better at home

   Booked for acrylics and pedicure, I got acrylics done in the evening and they were awful. They had someone else in my seat before I even had the pedicure. I showed a pic of a nail design I wanted and got completely different. When I came back the next day to complain the owner told me "she doesn't do designs" which they didn't mention when I was getting them done. Not only that but the quality was awful and looked like a beginner did them. On top of that the nail artist was aggressive towards me when the (lovely) owner offered for them to be redone as even she could see how bad they were. They allowed a rude customer to shout at me for complaining and continuously harass me (even when I wasn't responding) when I was getting them redone for an hour, to a point where she made me cry. No sympathy or support from the staff. Although the manager was lovely, that's all this place offers. Not worth the money.

   I went to this nail place last week and had a bad experience. After one coat of gel white and another of clear pink, I saw that I could still see through my polish. I told the nail lady who was working on me that I could still see through to my natural nail to which she responded "don't worry about it". She proceeded to place the final coat on the nail polish. After the service, I was definitely unhappy with my result. She then called me over after I had told my friend that I could still see through my nail (the customers next to us overheard how my nail job was poor) and then scolded me for "acting like a child." She then said "why didn't you tell me there was a problem?" Being told to do something that I had already done made the situation worse in my eyes. She then sanded down my top coat harshly, causing pain around my nails. She added chrome powder to the nail color, which did not fix my original problem of being able to see through to the natural nail. My nails started to crack in 2 days. Gel polish has never done this for me before. Overall, bad experience, long wait time, and horrific customer service.
