Food is consistently okay, nothing too special. It's a generally okay place to visit, however it appears to be frequented by local youths, often leaving rubbish all over the tables and causing a little bit of general anti social behaviour. Overall, not a bad place, but I wouldn't be my first choice to visit.
Staff very helpful. Food tasty. Computer ordering system is poor. Un clear navigation and instruction 'touch anywhere' really means one finger touch the word 'anywhere'. That word should be 'here'. Editing a customised meal then trying to re-edit is near impossible. Quicker just to clear order & start again. Really need to take user interface programming ideas from McD!
Initially thought this was going to be good, quickest service in a Taco Bell. But the lack of meat was ridiculous. Was more bread and lettuce than meat. Not sure whether the whole chain is scrimping or just this restaurant. Not good.
Service was very poor. Waited nearly half an hour for 3 tacos, nachos and a drink. Staff were just talking between themselves with no sense of urgency to serve customers. Food comes out and one of the worst tacos I've eaten, 1 just full of sour cream and hardly and toppings. 1 with no sour cream whatsoever. Poor service. Made the tacos wrong. Waited ages. Staff couldn't care less.
Came just before the lunch rush, all the food was hot and delicious, if you're ordering the nachos I advise getting a 2nd pot of sauce as they are quite small but aside from that no complaints, makes a nice change from all the usual fast food
At the moment this place is very new so understandably hesitant in going, we at least waited a few weeks so that the ques weren't as bad, however it wasn't the best! We were able to order with ease on the self checkout screens (use your knuckle or ensure you wash your hands after) but then had to wait over half an hour! Went to get a cup and waited about 10 minutes which during this time I read how they are supposed to greet customers? Whilst waiting, we noticed every table had rubbish on them, the hygiene in this place was non existent and the service was shocking! I wish I could put this down to the fact that it is new but it's had plenty of time to get the basics right as it is food and in my opinion service and standards should be high at places like this.
Waited 35 mins for 1 taco and 1 burrito meal. Burrito had only rice and meat... No other ingredients I selected! Taste was good but quality, presentation and service was awful! Between 8-11 visible staff in kitchen and it seemed orders came out randomly 1 at a time. Family of 4 who placed order after us recieved their order before us!? Place is a shambles atm
Fantastic food at super cheap prices! I cant fault the food but the wait times can be a little long, although that's probably because it's new and was really busy. Me and my friend ordered after one another and my food came out almost 15 mins before my friends, despite her having ordered before me?! Will definitely be back to try mote of the menu.
