   A stressful time of having a bathroom ripped out and reconfigured was made much less so by Chris, Dan and John. Through design and sourcing to demolition and reinstall, it was intriguing to watch the professionalism with which our new bathroom was delivered. Even down to removing tiles and starting again when they didn't look quite right and fixing things that were hidden and not evident until we were back down to the bones, the attention to detail and belief that the team had in treating our home like it was their own has left us with a truely luxurious space. Thank you.

   Had our new bathroom supplied by Chris recently. We are absolutely over the moon with the finished product and it was everything we visioned and wanted. We spent several hours and trips to the showroom to discuss options and Chris was nothing but helpful and accommodating. The products are reasonably priced and are extremely good quality with quick delivery. Thank you again Chris we now have our dream bathroom!

   Retirement gave cause to us fulfilling an ambition to move to a bungalow in a village in Norfolk. We found a property in need of renovation and with the legal processes completed, moved in. New to the area, we’d been recommended to Chris at Coughtrey BDK as the supplier of quality kitchens and bathrooms, so approached him to quote for necessary work. Initially, it seemed expensive, but after further consideration, given that it included all kitchen appliances, plastering, plumbing, electrical work, flooring and tiling, it seemed much more reasonable, so asked Chris to go ahead. Due to Covid and other factors affecting supply of some materials, it was a few months before installation could begin, but it was worth the wait and we are delighted with the results. Chris also quoted to supply new internal doors, which are the finishing touch to our internal renovations. Highly recommended!!

   I want to review and write, On initially going into coughtry we were really impressed by how helpful they were. We were given a date and told it would take 10 days. It took 4 weeks, and although they did do a couple of extra plumbing bits, and the bathroom is lovely it's taken me a while to really enjoy it. We had to complain that they hadn't grouted under the sink, then then did it but not properly so had to re do it, They never cleaned the tiles after grouting saying they do it later with some paper towel, they did it and were obviously happy with it. A year on there is still grout on the tiles that I just cant remove without damaging the tiles. The grout is falling out around the windows The wood around the door is about 1cm above the tile, The radiator is too close to the toilet, I was never asked where I wanted it. We also had the hallway decorated a week before they did the work and was promised they would leave it clean and tidy, they cleaned it and were satisfied. But the walls were marked which I had to wash down and clean, the doorway paintwork was scratched which I had to repaint. They also said we would have a fully working toilet which they bought us a bucket to use for a few weeks. They did an ok job, and although they were pleasant guys I would not reccomend.
