Been going to Globe on xmas eve for years. Always entertainment on about 6. Found out new owners so phoned beforehand. Told 6 was good. When we arrived was told it would be 7. 7 came and went and karaoke turned up and was told it would be after 8. By then there were 6 people left in pub.
First time I been here since I had my daughters 13th birthday party ,and that was 22 yrs ago .omg what a massive difference .I was in total shock of how,its,been refurbished .and the evening was absolutely fab .brilliant singer we all had an amazing night .Will definitely be returning a lot more

A lovely family run pub. Tasty food and a warm for everyone. Excellent beer and awesome atmosphere. Cosy and romantic place to spend an evening. Nearby bus stop and car park available at the back of this establishment, on road parking also available. Well worth a visit any night of the week. Highly recommende
