A brilliant little shop for big and small gifts fitting all occasions especially birthdays and Christmas! Always great customer service with plenty of things to choose from. 5* will continue to shop here as I have done for many years!
Similar to a previous review - customer service was just awful when returning things - made out like we had damaged the item and when finally giving us a refund made out like he was ‘doing us a favour’ instead of doing his job. Made out like we were being difficult and told us ‘if we keep being difficult he’d make it harder for us’. They need to understand that a customer always has a legal right to reject a product and receive a refund despite their own policy - I’m not sure why they think that they are personally above the law. I don’t usually complain about stores - as through working in retail myself I understand not everything is the employees fault but this experience was just awful and the guy was rude to us from start to finish. I feel uncomfortable to ever go into this store again and am very disappointed in the customer service I received.
Came in for a refund on an item, staff member made out that the product had been used when it hadn't to my partner. He had finished talking and I could see my partner in a spot of bother. I challenged this as we hadn't taken it out of the box. Even watched him pull a label back that hadnt been touched. Out of nowhere he made it out like we were being difficult and he was going to 'help us anyway' and to 'let him finish'. He had finished talking, I could see him being difficult with my partner so I came over and suddenly he was on the offence making out like we were being difficult. I 100% guarantee had I have not come over his intention was to not refund her. Sadly did not get his name, middle aged with glasses and brown short hair. Extremely odd character and terrible customer service. Sorry for the double post, initially used the wrong account for my review. Will delete the other one ASAP
Great products and super proper human customer service! I bought the hydraulic arm for my son and stupidly threw away the oil....I called the shop and they kindly recommended replacement oil and offered to give me another pack. Much appreciated and a great gadget. Highly recommend, Clare
Originally found this shop a few years ago and loved the quirky content. I was delighted to find an actual shop with more dorky stuff in. I have a very nerdy son who drags me in literally every time we pass the shop. Thank you for being different to the normal boring shops.
A lovely little store offering excitement for all ages and all genders. The staff often have some of their gadgets on show which can be amusing to watch. If you want to know how something works you can ask and they will show you which makes you feel better knowing how the item works. They have a lot of different gifts to offer for all. Ranging from drones, adult toys, light up lava lamps and spy pens!. Their prices are brilliant. I recommend them 100 percent if your looking for a gift or a new toy to play with.
