Extremely helpful and friendly staff, no ask was too much and made the whole experience of purchasing a suit for a wedding enjoyable and easy. Would highly recommend this shop for any man in need of a suit for any occasion
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Chadds while suit shopping for my fiancé's wedding suit. Without an appointment, myself, my partner, dad, 2 friends and a medical alert dog turned up and were welcomed with open arms. Upstairs we were guided through a fair few suits, waistcoats, shirts and shoes until we found a perfect combination. I think the man's name was Steve, we heard a colleague say his name. He was so kind and patient, and had no issue at all about the alert dog. Everyone in my party said what good service they had. Couldn't recommend it enough! (Note: the tie is just a stand in , the one he chose in the end was much lighter blue).
Walked into store and the only useful piece of information from that point until we left was ‘suits are upstairs.’ The young man knew nothing, had no advice, recommendations or suggestions, could not even measure correctly. My son actually suggested he should maybe take off his thick jumper before getting a chest measure!! We eventually left without even trying anything on. Perhaps there was judgement that we weren’t worth any time or effort or perhaps staff are not trained even in the basics of customer service let alone product knowledge and sales. Went to Moss Bros, were welcomed and given outstanding service for well over an hour, good advice, and top tips, and bought a whole ensemble top to toe. The problems of the high street are not only about the internet, it’s a woeful lack of staff training and customer service.

Tried many other places in Norwich for a suit for my wedding. Came to Chadds and the 2 gentleman working in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. They found me the perfect suit which fitted perfectly. This is customer service at its best. Thanks again
Needed a 3pce navy blue striped suit for son's wedding.... shouldn't be difficult ?! Tried (in order) Slaters, Thrumball, John Lewis, M&S, Moss Bros., Jarrolds and none could help. Chadds were suggested by JL and found the perfect suit. Great service and good price !.......
Excellent and quality range at Chadds. STEVE our 'Assistant ' was very, very knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to find us a certain shirt to fit my Husbands size. Sadly, to no avail, purchased a perfect pair of smart/casual linen trousers backed up by superb service from Steve at Chadds. We will return on our next trip to Norfolk. Highly recommend!!!
