Great night at Heaven last night to celebate my 40th Birthday! Big thanks to Ashleigh Evans and Greg P for orgainsing it, also a big thanks to everyone who came along..... Uppa Swans!
Unfortunately, my experience at Heaven Swansea wasn’t great. The bar staff were rude, definitely giving mean girl energy. Staff were vaping, eating, and on their phones behind the bar while people were waiting to be served. I have experience working in hospitality and understand the stress that comes with it, but this was totally unprofessional. I was also charged twice for one drink after being told my first payment hadn’t gone through. When I checked later, both payments had in fact been taken, which was really frustrating, so be careful. The music itself was good if you’re into house music, but the venue is quite small, so I wouldn’t recommend it for large groups. Overall, decent tunes but completely let down by the staff and service.
Love this place. The nice DJ mix pulled us in, with house vibes instead of commercial music (rubbish) that other places on wind st offer. Emma made our cocktails and drinks and was super friendly and professional making our experience really nice. Will visit again and recommend.
Absolutely class venue. Great drinks selection, great food. Lovely atmosphere. Team there were class also.
100% hands down, one of the best venues in Swansea. Amazing cocktails, always a brilliant vibe, music is first class. Not only that, customer service is excellent. I left my jacket with my phone, car keys, and wallet in the bar one night. They were very responsive and reassuring through the process, and even met me when they were closed the next day to make sure I had everything back. They really went the extra mile. Can't fault them
Amazing venue - never had a bad night in Bar Heaven. Definitely brings something special to wind street. Great bar with excellent staff. If you like a bit of old school you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait for the next night out there.
