    Wow, what can I say – fantastic food with great organisation and communication. We wanted something special and different for our wedding, and Amanda and the team truly delivered. They catered the entire weekend for us, from arrival food on the first night to canapés and the wedding breakfast. Mexibros were eager to meet our needs and worked with us to create a fantastic menu, even trying some new things along the way. The whole team was diligent and helpful, accommodating our needs on the day. They brought their van, decorations, and music, creating a nice, chilled, and relaxing atmosphere for the first evening, exactly what we wanted. On the big day, they seamlessly adapted to timetable changes and kept everything running smoothly. I almost brushed over the most important part – the food was absolutely amazing. Everyone loved it. Even better, we had leftovers to enjoy after the weekend, so we didn’t have to cook once our event was all done and dusted.

    Mexibros catered our wedding and we can't praise then highly enough. Everything looked/smelled/tasted incredible. Guests loved the fajitas and the tacos especially, they're still talking about them when we've seen them after! Also, the service was top notch. Everything was so smooth and professional. And that's even with a few mishaps with the power (which was nothing to do with Mexibros but obviously affected them a lot!) which they dealt with so well. The meetings beforehand meant that everything was easy on the day and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you Mexibros for making our day even more special.
