   If I could give this Place 50 stars, I would hands down the nicest down to earth most helpful person having a rough day with me working four and half hours away from home with no charger unfortunately he didn’t have it in stock but he did offer to put phone and battery pack on charge and let me stay there until I was comfortable even after I said it will be fine. He said I could stay till closing time. What an absolute legend. hats off to him

   Honestly probably the best tech repair shop I have ever gone to, the level of quality to the repairs and parts they use is phenomenal, I have had some pretty bad repairs from some cheaper repair shops but with this one I have had no issue with, replaced my camera on the same day and it feels and looks better than what I originally had in my phone before. Absolute 5 star service with very reasonable prices.

   Took my PS4 in for some issues I'd been having. Didn't have to book an appointment or anything just dropped it off in the morning for them to diagnose the issue for free - had a call back in a couple of hours with the problem to which I gave the affirmative to fix it and it was done in an hour or two! Unfortunately couldn't save the data that was lost in the repair but I can't fault them for that because it was a hardware issue that prevented it. Great service, I've already recommended it to a couple of people! (Prices were great too!)

   Couldn't ask for better. Carl (from Wymondham) called at my home, replaced the dying battery on my iPhone, noticed that the screen protector (which I'd put on myself) was a bit crooked so took it off and replaced it, insisting that that was free of charge. All done within about three hours of the initial phone call. Excellent service.
