Beautifully done, lovely, friendly staff. I even had the young man in there pull my chair out for me. Lovely bunch of clients who all chat together. I'm definitely going back for a 3rd visit x
The staff lack manners and come across nonchalant and extremely rude. Me and my daughter went in today. I wanted gel and my daughter wanted acrylic and gel. We made it clear when booking and in the salon too. But the young girl who was doing my daughters nails just forgot to put acrylic ( first time for my daughter so she didn’t know what to expect). I brought it to their attention once I realised . Young girl was just looking at me, no response!! . The guy who did my nails, got very defensive v quickly saying “it’s too late now!!” The way they talk to you as if you are a child! No please, no thank you, no sorry!! The manicure is all bumpy, uneven and he didn’t put enough layers. Won’t be going there again. Do not recommend at all.

Probably the best pedicure ever !? Thankyou to staff at Polished for an excellent job on my Toes so I didn’t have to re visit the podiatrist !! Careful and precise handling of my flaky soles and bumpy toenails ! A male staff member - went out of their way to create perfect finish- v clean place, relaxing massage all round perfect !! Will be back !
My daughter and I both had a pedicure, our feet look and feel amazing thank you so much! Brilliant service, very thorough, quick and gentle. Loved the massage chair. Would strongly recommend, I have taken some leaflets to put up at work. Great value too.
Out of all of the nail salons i have been to, this is by far my favourite place. I will definitely go back to polished regularly! The staff were very talkative and polite, they were reassuring with your nail choices and they took care whilst doing my nails. At first we went in to ask for 2 full sets of acrylics and 1 set of infills. We were politely asked to return at six as they were busy. When we returned at six, we didn’t have to wait and all 3 were finished after 1hr 30mins. The salon is kept very clean. Also, it is appealing from the inside and out. There is a huge range of nail colours too and have extremely cheap prices considering the quality
Rarely need an appointment, cheap, tons of colours, nails are always nicely shaped and never too thick! (chubby hand pics attached)
