   After many hours wasted trying to get photos off my old pixel 3a with outdated android software, I contacted iteck about it and they asked me to bring it in to sort. Very nice helpful guy managed to do it for me whilst I waited an refused to charge me for the service. What can I say other than highly recommend this store. Thank you so much.

   Huge thanks to Itech Norwich.My phone was struggling to charge so thought I needed a new charging port but they carefully cleaned out my phone port with precision tweezers and a brush and tested it and charged straight away and they didn't charge anything.Thank you very much,Service is pretty much good. Best mobile service shop in Norwich. highly recommend.

   Such lovely friendly helpful guys, they sorted out my phone no problem. Their customer service in the shop dealing with other customers is amazing! I watched him take a laptop apart to show a lady customer in detail of some work that had been done. He knew his stuff! She was satisfied. I would definitely recommend these guys. They won't rip u off!
