   Getting some snacks with my mate and suddenly started getting followed by one of the workers and accused us of theft just because I had a bag on and food in my hands and honestly the place was a mess it stunk of BO and there was nothing on the shelves

   Went in store ti get some snack with my mate we were walking in circles trying to find something we got followed by a worker he said “we know what you teenagers are up too ‘stealing’ we were really uncomfortable as he was following and speaking to us like we were a peace of poo very rude and to add on it was boiling in there there manager should be disgusted

   I’m really gutted they stopped selling bubble gum, not the shops fault though! It’s often messy, but it’s expected with the amount of people they get in. Staff are always very friendly and chatty.

   Almost everytime I use this store someone is rude to me, usually close earlier than they're supposed too...guess they just don't like money? Staff need to actually be trained on how to not talk to people like dirt. Jokers, management should be embarrassed.

   Just bought a new earbud today couldn’t even able to use it cuz the left side was already broken and when I tried to take it out of the package it broke and there’s no Poundland normal bags available as well am really disappointed

   Long queues to pay, out of 6 tills only 2 were manned - no self-service tills. Quite messy in some places, some questionable product placement (homeware/decor with cooking and kitchen trays and food bags). Large clothing section. This branch is slightly cheaper than Anglia Square for crisps and chocolate.

   I asked for pound coins in change and she said yes. She then gave me a note and came up with excuses. She refused to resolve this in a civil manner. I was upset that she lied to me and she got arsy. When I asked for a manager to resolve this she claimed to be the manager. I then asked for the store manager because I wasn't able to get through to her and she said that I can't talk to the store manager because that's not a good enough reason to. I'm upset to have been treated like this over a very small issue and it really shows how this store is definitely not customer friendly.

   Poundland sells a lot of one pound item, some good, some not so good. Also now selling more expensive lines too. So maybe it should be called Poundland Plus.
