   I think this firm has either closed down or about to, placed an order 3 weeks ago, they don't answer the phone nor respond to emails. Beware. With regard to the response from HWB, this is false, nobody has reached out to me and neither have I received the goods or had a refund. My advice is to shop elsewhere or be disappointed. This has now been resolved.

   This outfit seems to be trading under various names from this address and has not delivered my order nor responded to phone messages, emails, online enquiries. A complete sham and fraudsters. Im going to get the credit card company to reimburse me from these scammers. A complete waste of my time.

   The worst company in the world what can I say this company needs taking to court and the police and visa need to investigate the company if you order from this company YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOU MONEY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VISA NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN AND THE POLICE NEED TO MOVE IN ASAP.    Very fast delivery, pay monthly option. Hyundai generator is excellent so far. Starts first time, runs very quietly and produces more than enough electric for what I need. 230v three pin socket, 3v USB socket and a 12v cigar socket. Runs in eco mode in order to save fuel, but so far I’ve found it to be very economical. As long as this generator is well maintained and looked after, I’ve no doubt it will last for many years. After ordering this generator I phoned HWB and spoke to a member of staff who was more than happy to provide me with tips and information on looking after it. Excellent customer service.

   Fantastic service and excellent price. Parked at the rear of the shop and had our battery and wiper blade replaced in no time at all. Very helpful staff and would highly recommend. Support your small independent shop. Will definitely use again.

   I cannot rate this company highly enough. I bought a lawn scarifier from them and they were super helpful during the process. Unfortunately when it arrived it had been damaged in transit. I contacted the company who built the machine as the leaflet in the box recommended and they were less than helpful. After two weeks and many unfulfilled promises and emails that were never returned, I decided to call HWB. I informed them of my problem with the company and HWB called them on my behalf. HWB called me back as promised the very next morning with the issue resolved and the part needed being delivered the next day. Not only that they completely surpassed my expectation by offering me a complimentary gift as a goodwill gesture, even though the problem was not theirs in the first place. Would give 10 stars to them if possible. Super customer service.
