Omg we cannot thank Michael enough. What a legend. We're on holiday in Kidwelly (80 miles from Michael's place of work) and we not only punctured our front tyre, we smashed the alloy. Michael not only sold us a replacement tyre and alloy, but one of his young team members actually drove it out to us in the back of beyond. He also provided us with a Jack as our car doesn't come with a spare, so no jack. We will be eternally grateful for their sincere generosity and kindness. Wonderful company.

I popped by today for a new brake fluid reservoir lid. The man was really helpful and asked if I had brought my car (I didn’t as I was scared to drive it without the lid) but I assume he was going to check it and make sure it was the right part. The part fits perfectly, and I was in the shop for less than 5 minutes. I would definitely come again, it was so much less hassle than waiting days for a part from eBay.
