All very pleasant and helpful, I had to drive to Llanelli from Carmarthen to pick up a heavy jack, Carmarthen didn't have any, couldn't get one for home delivery, would have been a five rating had it not been for my inconvenience.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service I want to make it clear that my 5-star rating is exclusively for the young man who assisted me both on Friday—when I came in to ask about the tools—and again today, Monday, when I made my purchase. His service was truly exceptional: friendly, professional, and very helpful. He definitely deserves the five stars. Regarding the store itself, I think they need to improve the variety of tools available. There are many items missing—too many to list—but to mention just a few examples: they only had one hammer size (medium), they had just one adjustable wrench in a very small size instead of the usual four or five sizes, and they didn't have large pry bars, only medium and small ones. Because of the lack of variety, I couldn’t complete my tool box purchase. I actually had to go to another store and look for other brands to finish gathering what I needed. I couldn’t even fill 40% of my tool box there; I was only able to get about 30% because so many tools were missing. This isn’t meant to be harsh criticism—just constructive feedback. A tool store should offer more variety to meet the needs of mechanics and technicians. But once again, the young man’s customer service was outstanding, and that’s the reason my rating is five stars. Thank you for the excellent service.

DO NOT TRUST THE WARRANTIES _ THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEM I purchased a battery from halfords llanelli with a 5 year warranty just over a month ago. this battery stopped working and we needed the RAC to recover our vehicle. Their tests showed that there was a problem with the battery. we took the battery back to halfords, they ran their own tests which also stated that the battery needed replacing - we took a photograph of the screen of the battery test. They then told us that even though the battery needed replacing and WAS UNDER A 5 YEAR WARRANTY they could not replace it. Absolutely terrible service. I tried to review their battery on their website with photos of the failed battery tests, they refused my review due to "Inappropriate content" how laughable. DO NOT TRUST THEIR PRODUCTS OR THEIR SERVICES. We escalated this complaint days ago and have not had a response yet and are still stuck with a faulty battery and a car that wont run.
Absolutely brilliant service the man even brought the scooter over to the bus stop for me as I didn't have a car. What a legend. Epic customer service. Highly recommended.
My faith is restored in the Halfords Brand. After some incredibly poor customer service and workmanship from the staff at Halfords, Llansamlet, Swansea, I was referred to Llanelli to rectify an issue with my car stereo. (Faulty unit and shoddy fitting). I’m glad to say that I encountered ‘next level’ customer service from the staff at Llanelli particularly Mike the store manager and a Chris who re-fitted my stereo. First class service from both, thank you so much.
Went the other day for a number plate, was told my Driving Licence and photo of V5C wasn't proof enough for the number to be printed but if I come back with the document then they can fit the plate for me after being given the spiel how the guy had worked there for 15 years and this has always been the procedure. So went home, grabbed the relevant documents asked for the plate and fitting and was told they can't fit the plate now, so 15 years of experience was meaningless and the whole time I was being told, bluntly, that they can't fit it as they're not skilled enough as an existing plate wasn't present to marry up the holes. The guy who told me it could be fitted and explained how was stacking shelves right by the tills and ignoring the whole conversation... pathetic.
We visited the store today 16/01/23 to look for cleaning products for our cars and we were approached by a friendly man called David who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He signed us up with the motoring club which he explained fully which we appreciated.
