“Recently I needed some tyres and rear brakes replaced on my van. My usual regular mechanic was busy and the brakes were getting worse so I had a look online and at the time Ats Euromaster ticked all the boxes. I booked it all online and it was a very pleasant stress free process. I was a bit cautious because the last time I had tyres from this centre we had a couple of issues which should never have happened, these were discussed with the branch manager at the time who acknowledged it and apologised. I’m happy to give anything or anyone a second chance and it certainly paid off. Carl was very helpful and honest not just with me but with other customers as well and as a passionate business owner myself, I also care very much about my customers, so this was reassuring to see Thanks for a vey pleasant experience. “When trying to figure out how to print an image onto a cake from ASDA, we had a very helpful member of staff from the bakery section called Dave help us out. Dave was very kind and patient, and was willing to go that extra mile to help us after they had sold out of the cake they usually use for this service. Thank you Dave!”
