   Asda Llanelli 29/12/25 4:45pm Formal Complaint About 2 Staff Members Female Glasses Around 60 Self Scan Male Long Hair Around 50 Trolleys I Just Raised My Hand To Call Female Staff As Other Male Staff Ignored Me She Said She Didn't Appreciate Being Summoned I Said I Have Lost My Voice She Then Called Me Rude And Said I Hope You Never Ever Come To This Store Again I Then Was Approached By Male Trolley Staff Who Started Being Aggressive Stating She's Trying To Help Me When Clearly She Was On a Ego Trip Giving Me Abuse I Then Went To Customer Service Desk Male Trolley Staff Then Followed Me But First He Spoke To Security About Me This Is Borderline Slander Defamation He Then Approached Me Again At The Customer Service Desk I Repeatedly Told Him Go Away Leave Me Alone Your Harassing Me He Didn't Go He Continued To Give Me Abuse While Security Guard Witnessed And Did Not Intervene I Have Recently Only Started Shopping In Asda Llanelli First Time Since 2021 Now I Think I Will Never Ever Go In There Again I Would Like To Be Compensated For This Out Of Court Or I Will Seek Damages In Court As I Have Autism And Know a Good Solicitor Who Deals In Cases Like This I Last Shopped In Asda Llanelli 2021 Long Time Ago Maybe This Time I Will Never Ever Shop In Asda Llanelli Ever Again? What a Horrible Store With Horrible Staff It's Notorious Didn't You Know? The Lack Of Respect For Customers Is Shocking I Look Forward To Your Response

   When trying to figure out how to print an image onto a cake from ASDA, we had a very helpful member of staff from the bakery section called Dave help us out. Dave was very kind and patient, and was willing to go that extra mile to help us after they had sold out of the cake they usually use for this service. Thank you Dave!

   It's the last time I'm going in this Asda store. The staff are so rude it's unreal. An old woman with glasses and brown hair was vile and so rude. How she's got a job in retail I'll never know. This store is a disgrace and when it's busy they can't cope with it. All I did was ask for assistance cause I had an accuracy test on the gun and she said to wait I wasn't even complaining to her was just asking her to help obviously she wasn't trained which is fine. I said don't worry and she turned around said I'm not worrying with a stinking attitude. Then when I call her rude she's laughing with other customers. She also wouldn't provide me with her name. I'm taking it further with head office cause your staff have no customer service training and are all unprofessional giggling and laughing while all the machines are all lighting up like a christmas tree cause of faults. Customers waiting for 5 minutes a time while they're all on about what they're having for tea tonight. It's an absolute joke and not only that I was told by one of your staff that the company doesn't have the money to update they're systems with the devices that scan the shopping around the store aren't updated so that's why everything goes through as different prices. Beware of this cause on several occasions items have gone through as more expensive which again isn't on when the labels state another price. Asda are literally a multi millionaire company if not more but there we are that's british super markets for you. Disgusting the world we live in !!!!

   This new look Asda is very nice, and the layout. The new click and collect/returns is only a box The help desk has been moved to where they used to sell videos games The toilets need cleaning The new TVS above the close are nice The new pizza counter is nice The guy on the help desk was very helpful The new scan and go is very good The new hot food and Costa is nice I like the new Asda sign but the black is starting to come off

   all staff are brill especially delivery and click n collect except for one obnoxious woman on click n collect! thinks herself above everyone else with attitude! absolutely hasnt any regard for disabled people! needs to be taken to task or shadow a disabled person for a day!

   The car park is only 2 hours, we spent 1 and a half hours doing our Christmas shopping, we got to the end of the queue and then 47 minutes later we reached the belt to put our shopping on, so already we were over the time limit, the arrogant male floor manager was very rude when we asked why is there only 2 tills open on such a busy time, if I get a parking ticket I will absolutely be refusing to pay, Asda better up their game or they are going to lose their loyalty

   If I could give Zero stars....then I absolutely would. Before I leave this review......Asda is a fantastic company to work for.....and generally the collaboration between departments is brilliant.....so this review is not targeting Asda at all but only this specific branch. The team in the pharmacy are all BRILLIANT...really caring and competent and will even come in on days where they have been marked down as sick (Kelly you're amazing). If you ask any pharmacy team member how they feel about working in that store......they would tell you that they feel targeted by the rest of the store managers. They are not even allowed to have a kettle to make themselves a hot drink.......which is the only pharmacy that I have worked ,which doesn't have one.....and I have worked in hundreds of stores. On my last shift that I worked here.....I brought my own portable kettle in as I drink about 5 cups of coffee during my shifts and don't like to leave the pharmacy premises as all prescription and over the counter sales relies on me. So I like to be present as much as I can. As soon as I brought it in.....the security guard barged into the pharmacy and told me I couldn't use it (which is absolutely ludicrous). I'd like to point out that only pharmacy staff and people authorised to be in that pharmacy are allowed in there l. This is because of Information governance and data protection. From what I've witnessed anyone can just walk in and see patient's details and prescriptions. After telling the duty manager of the store that if the security guard or anyone else walks into the pharmacy premises whilst I'm on duty then I will simply walk out. The response I got was "off you go then". Whilst this store doesn't take patient confidentiality seriously.....I do. I've never worked in an environment like this and shame on the management team that I was involved with. I can safely say....that I will never be returning to this pharmacy again. I've also reported the branch to the pharmaceutical council.

   Usually the delivery is on time. The staff are very lovely and helpful, you can’t fault them. They bring everything to the door and often lift heavy goods as I’m heavily pregnant. Lately, they just don’t stock enough goods and the substitutes are ridiculous in comparison. Meaning that when I send back two or three items I have to wait until I next order to have them. Being 40 weeks pregnant, this is a problem as I can’t just drive to the shop like everyone else. Asda was great at first but there are are least two items every week we are either missing or are substitutes and returned because the quality is not comparable. For example, I ordered 36 razor heads, they sent me 1 because it was the same price. Or I ordered beer moretti for my partner who works 12 hours everyday and they sent Carling. I’m just getting a little dissatisfied with the orders. Like is said, delivery staff are really top notch. They need to work on their stock and home delivery Pickers.
