   I used to come here a few times per week to collect and send parcels. There is usually a husband and wife couple running the store. The last time I came here several weeks ago, the husband was extremely rude towards me. Upon mentioning that there was a code issue with DPD and trying to elaborate, the sheer aggression I was met with from this man was completely unwarranted. For this reason, I have taken my custom elsewhere, where I will not be treated like a second class citizen.

   Always friendly staff when I have to nip in, decent prices, local and convenient. I never have any issues visiting the store. I am looking to get in touch with a younger female staff member that works in the Briton Ferry / Melin store if that is possible thanks in advance.

   I've lost count of the times I've been overcharged here. Just been in and again overcharged by £1.10. never get an itemised receipt. I won't be using you again you've overcharged me once too often now. No need for it doesn't happen anywhere else

   Made excuses not to take my parcels when I used to drop them off regularly, seems like he was just unbothered and lazy as I’ve never had issues with any drop off point until now and all others have said I can drop them
