   Asda Maesteg is disgusting. As a loyal customer I don't like to being complained to. Staff there should take any problems or issues to they're boss. Treat customers with respect please.

   Some staff in the store are racist - they do not like to treat people of colour equally. They were like this to my mother over the last few years. Even today - same problem.

   Very handy little store. No clothing here, but they do sell some home ware such as kitchen utensils and bed sets etc. Good Covid measures in place. Plenty of self service tills. Friendly staff.

   Young assistant today didn't even acknowledge me just piled my shopping at end of checkout then turned to her colleague and proceeded to chat. She never offered to pack or spoke to me. How ignorant. Glad I don't ha e to shop at Asda Maesteg. And I had my disabled trolley with me too. They all need a training course on civility. Only one polite assistant there and that's Liz. Very helpful lady.

   It's pretty good for a smaller branch. There is fairly good range of products at fairly standard prices. The car park is adequate but it can get very busy when a train come in as the car park doubles as a train station. There is also a school nearby and children get picked up from the car park....again this causes jams in the car park.
