   My Nana fell in this store and was on the floor for 7 hours waiting for an ambulance. She is now is getting threatening letters demanding they pay £100 for overstaying in the car park! Asda WILL NOT help. Disgusting

   We are minors teenagers mind you, me and my friends go to Asdas everyday we buy a lot of stuff but of course we don’t have our own pay check we can’t buy stuff everyday mind you, so today(13 nov) we were browsing some candles because my friend wanted one for they’re room when this employe (short bob, straight blonde hair, Asda uniform) approaches us (undisturbed) while we were looking at the big candles upstairs, began to ask us questions in a very rude way, she asked us to be careful (understandable) then asked if we were going to buy it we was just looking which candle we wanted so that when my friend had money to spend they would buy it when we said no (because we were still looking) she then blatantly told us to close the lid, put it back and that other people were gonna buy it, it doesn't seem bad now but the tone that she used was just disrespectful and put us all on edge and frankly pissed us off, I didn’t know we weren’t allowed to browse the candles anymore??? I understand wanting for us to be careful but we obviously need to smell a candle to see if it’s worth buying .What is the deal instead of being rude to us you can ask in a nicely manner for us to be careful.

   Appalling customer service. I bought a stacked steamer for the cooker. I've used it 6 times. The base has split under the handles. I'm a 70 year old cook. I do not abuse equipment. I had bought my son the largest size for cooking Christmas dinner.. He was very happy with it so we decided to buy a new set and very sadly, discarded the old ones. Big mistake.At least they were fit for purpose. I returned the faulty ones today..you got a receipt...no ,I bought it in January. We can't replace electric items without a receipt. It's not electrical,it goes on the stove. Well we can't change it without a receipt.Its current stock! We'll fetch a bank statement to prove you shopped in Asda.....the store that's "happy to help" as it's motto Not fit for purpose, certainly wasn't durable and the staff......

   Good store, stock can sometimes be a bit erratic on a number of occasions not having what I have popped in for. Staff very friendly, large self checkout area, there is normally not to much of a queue for tils. Parking is ample. One pet hate is sometimes getting stopped by forceful charity workers on entry or leaving, really puts me off, perhaps they could be less intrusive.

   If I could give 0 Stars I would. From the moment we walked in it was a shambles. Not enough highchairs, no knives and forks available, the food was appalling for the price £6.50 for what you can see In the picture. As you can see the chips have been sat there for a while and the pie was microwaved. Now I'm not expecting a five star meal but an actual meal would have been great. By adding a few more chips and some peas would have been good. The tables were full of food and mess and not cleaned up. It was just appalling. Need more staff.

   Took my son into store today to spend his Christmas money. He wanted to purchase a playstation remote and some grips to go with it..I took him to the tills and I used a till a few places down from him, to then notice 2 asda employees refusing the sale. When I proceded to ask why it was refused the boy walked off not even acknowledging me.. when I managed to get an employees attention he told me he needed to be 16 to purchase a remote control!! I asked for the manager which soon become clear you can only speak with the obnoxious security guard who pointed out if I was to try and purchase the remote I would also be refused.

   7 November 2022 Last week 1 in 35 people in Wales were estimated to have Covid. I was very disappointed to see that there was no sanitiser or towels for hands or trolleys available at the entrance to the store - though I found a couple of empty sanitiser bottles elsewhere. After I had paid I was sat waiting and I saw on my receipt that Richard Jenkins the manager had thoughtfully left his phone number at the top so I thought I would tell him my thoughts on his lack of care for his customers health. I dialled the number and tried all the options. A couple of times there was no answer and on a couple more I got a recording asking me to go to a website, just before I was cut off with a curt Goodbye. I looked at the 6 people queuing to speak to the besieged assistant on the customer service counter assistant and didn't have the heart or the energy to queue to ask her if I could see Mr Jenkins so here's a message for him. Pull your finger out Mate - you are a disgrace!

   Just a quick note. Used to be 3 hours parking. Not anymore. I've just had a £70.00 parking fine for 2.5 hrs. Costly mistake. Be aware. After receiving a reply from Asda I did take my bank statements in and because I had only spent £48.00 they said there was nothing they would do. Sorry. So, just for everyone to be aware, the parking is for 2 hrs.

   This store is nothing but shambolic now since it had the refit!!! No chance of finding items quickly as they are all over the place, walked down 3 aisles looking for tomatoes, nowhere near the salad items gave up in the end, and as for the on lineshoppers, well they like to congregate in the middle of the aisles and chat away to each other blocking the way and stopping you getting items off the shelves. Whoever thought this store layout was good needs sacking.
