Visited the Pyle store today for specific items for Christmas that weren’t available on the shelves/fridges. I enquired with a member of staff Abbie, who went above and beyond to check the stock and bring me those items. Cannot thank her enough, she’s a credit to Asda!
Good food and nice easy place to walk around
Went to Asda today, great shop, love the products. Thought I’d buy some gloves now the weather is getting nippy. Found the gloves which were hanging about 6 ft up on top rail. I am 5ft 2 so couldn’t reach. The lady next to me couldn’t reach and the next two women who came along couldn’t reach. I looked around and all the clothes section had shelves that only a tall man or woman could possibly reach. I gave up and didn’t buy any gloves.
Express delivery a Joke. Asda manager needs to do his job and manage. Had to cancel £104 food delivery booked for 11.30 to 12.30 paid £8.50 for this as we were going out at 1.40. Called at 1.35 to ask what was happening and told nothing to do with them as it’s delivered by a third party. Ordered with you, paid you and it is definitely your issue as you hire the third party. Pyle Asda manager needs re-training after reading the reviews:-(
I Came away from Asda Pyle quite upset today 28/12 11.30am The lady on customer services desk (where they sell lottery etc) accused me of jumping the queue when I had not and vocally made me feel awkward.Shaking her head and apologised to the gentleman that I had done so. I advised her I was most definitely there before the gentleman and she replied that they was usually a queue line which was no longer there. I was made to feel terrible!! Not a great visit at all!
The items put in the wrong shife not match with the label!!! And Price !! Full set in perpus.who to blame? Staffs? Put on shelves? Or the MNG who incharge anorganisations?try to get refunding and still make other mistake ! Shocking if this allowed me to show with the photos I would . To be aware everyone read and check your receipt before you live ! Also make sure count in your mind how much your items as is might need to return items back for over charged!! But then how many case that not really check the receipt that the company make more on your !! Unfair really don't special all this difficult time for everyone. Try to get

Received a delivery yesterday. Went to cook the steak today and it’s 3 days out of date!! Don’t you muppets who pack the food, check the dates?!?! I was spending £100 per week here but no more. Also when I tried to get a refund another muppet on the end of a computer declined it. I had to go on the phone to them!! You’re lucky I haven’t contacted trading standards!!! Absolutely unbelievable
Absolute daylight robbery!!! I live in Cardiff but visited Asda Pyle 2 days ago & was shocked at how much the prices have been hiked up in this store. When it's cheaper to shop in M&S Food Hall in Cardiff you know that there is something seriously wrong happening here. I really feel sorry for the people who live in the Kenfig Hill/Pyle area that can't get out to another store elsewhere, they are being so ripped off, it's criminal!
2nd November 2022 1 in 35 people in Wales are estimated to have Covid The store was busy when I visited today I was disappointed to find that there was no hand or trolley cleaning facilities at the entrance to the store or at the customer service desk or the entrance to the cafe. When I went to the toilets behind the cafe to wash my hands I found a battered hand cleaning station tucked away in the corner of the corridor - the small sanitizer dispenser and towel dispenser were empty And the store had a general air of being dirty scruffy and unkempt Wake up Asda! - you are an affront to any notion of Customer Care
