Great food at a reasonable price, very lovely staff especially Ismail! Don’t listen to old reviews, they’re under new management now and the food is great!
Disgusting. Had a pizza and chicken wings. Didn't even finish it. Soaking with oil and sloppy. Will happily starve next time.
Had 3 orders - 2 delivered and then one Collected. Always fresh and salad good ( we do order at 8pm not 2am!) We have no complaints!
The best chicken, Doner kebab i had ever had. Everything was perfect. Salad - crisp Chips - crisp and fluffy and hot Pitta bread - perfectly done with a crisp layer Doner and chicken both perfectly cooked. The reason for a 4 is for the delay in arriving but the the food was an easy 5 star! Definitely worth the wait.
Delivery driver was incredibly rude. Tried to pick a fight with my partner because a call did not go through and voicemail could not be accessed. It is not that hard to find where we lived anyway because our place was the only building with a light turned on. Reported to management and they said they will talk to the driver but honestly I have never known a driver so rude and eagar to pick a fight with customers. He needs more than a "talking to", he should not be working in a people-interactive job. No refund or better solution offered. My food (mixed kebab) was dripping with grease, tastless and cold so I could not eat much of it. My partners donner kebab was better but not great. Not worth the money at all and I will not use this kebab shop again.
Great takeaway food, good price. If you want a cheeky pizza delivered that's freshly made and over-fill you, this is a good place. The chips are great, too. I'll definitely order from here again. Delivery time was spot-on.
Terrible service - we ordered from their website and received confirmation order. 2 hours later when we phoned them to ask where the food was, they said there was a technical problem meaning they didn't receive orders from their website. Our money had already been taken at this point. They then dispatched our order and an item was missing. When we phoned up to get this resolved they refused to admit it had been on the order (it definitely was, and we had forwarded them the order email) and they refused to refund the money. Spectacularly bad customer service.
