My car was involved in a accident and was sent to days body shop for repairs. The finished job was absolutely fantastic and was obviously carried out by skilled technicians. I am over the moon with the outcome and I was very pleased with the service that I received. A first class job. Thank you.

Took my car into Days for an insurance quote, as it had been involved in an accident. The quote was sent across on the same day. Great customer service. I spoke to one of the managers Owain, and he was very friendly and helpful.
Terrible service!! Had car booked in months ago for repair following accident partially fixed as awaiting part and door to be adjusted …still waiting for update months later !! Avoid !
It took about 4 months from start to finish to be royally ripped-off by these clowns. And it was only a wing mirror replacement! After 3 months of waiting I was initially called in for the repair, to only find that the wrong part had been ordered. Apparently the wrong number plate had been entered onto the system! But all of a sudden they were then able to source the correct part within a week. I was assured that I would get a discount, but actually the guy was very cagey about a final price. I should have been more pushy, and ultimately ought to have looked elsewhere. needless to say it wound up being a lot more expensive than I would have expected with a so-called discount. Also, I asked for a 9:30am appointment, since it was potentially a bit tight for me to arrive for 9am. "Oh, but the guys have their break at 10am. You'll have to wait longer". After the 4 months wait, I thought maybe they could be a bit more considerate. So I managed to arrive for 9am. The job was done within 20 minutes, probably less! That's Day's customer service for you. With an awkward and sheepish smile.
Took my fiesta here for a evaluation/price for some minor bodywork repairs I wanted done in January 2022. Had the price estimate for the work sent quickly through email! Agreed to the price and booked the car to get the work done a few weeks later (march 2022). During this time someone keyed my car and so I got back in touch and sent some photos through email of the extra work I'd like done. Nothing was too much to ask and they got back in touch quickly with a new price estimate which I agreed to. They did an amazing job on the repair job of my car. Looks brand new! Thoroughly happy and pleased and would definitely recommend to anyone! Good repair centres/body shops are hard to come by but this place is great. Service was really professional and the repairs came with a warranty. The guy that was on the front desk/reception of the repair centre in Garngoch was nothing but great and really helpful and went above and beyond to help and definitely deserves a pay rise!!!
Had an accident and had to claim back in May 2021. My insurance booked my repairs into Days Repair Centre in Garngoch, Swansea. It has been 8 months and they still haven't sent off any invoices, nor have I recieved my reinbursment for my excess I was told I had to pay- and later be refunded. My car also came back to me with new scratches on my brand new alloys, and little details missed- like my windscreen wash tube still being broken! The car was fixed but only with bare minimum efforts. Ford Insurance (through Admiral) have made no efforts to chase up or help my case in any way either. It has been a back and fore battle between both companies, doing their work for them. Hopefully I get this flattened out soon!
Really helpful staff, lovely man helped my daughter out when she broke her wing mirror on her brand new car. He popped what was left back together and made sure she only ordered the parts she needed,could have told her anything but he didn't. When the parts arrived it was fixed in no time,really reasonable too Highly recommend them!
