   Earlier this year I bought a Tuzo waterproof jacket which was a great fit and warm but with it's zip out thermal was good in warmer weather too. However, I got caught in a rain shower last week (which was a first for the jacket) and whilst the body was OK there was water ingress on both sleeves. After alerting M&P they asked me to return it and on receipt dispatched a new jacket that arrived with me the next day. Excellent. Hopefully the replacement will not cause any issues.

   Very disappointed with this company. I felt cheated, frustrated and very sad. I thought I had found a serious and reliable place to buy accessories and oils for my motorcycles, but I was deeply mistaken. I bought synthetic oil from the black bottle and received MINERAL oil from the white bottle, much inferior and cheaper than what I paid for and what is advertised on their website. (SEE PHOTOS) They advertise one thing and sell another. Avoid buying from this company. Highly not recommended.

   I bought a jacket from M&P and before it had even been delivered, it went on sale at £30 less than what I paid. While there was no foul on M&Ps part, it did bug me a bit and I didn't want the hassle of sending the jacket back and re-ordering. So I called them. They guy I spoke to (sorry, I missed his name) agreed with me and said he'd ask the relevant department to look into it. True to his word they did and a few days later I got a refund of the difference. Their response was a world away from that of many companies who really dont care about customer experience. So it is with pleasure that I leave this review and encourage any who have read the few negative reviews to not be turned away from dealing with this company.

   I've used the company 3 times but twice have had to wait a while for items to be delivered as these come from their suppliers. It would be nice to know when ordering that items are not stocked and have to be ordered. Add a week to your delivery expectations.
