Fab salon. I’ve been using it for the last 6 years. They always do such a great job and my nails look fantastic. It’s always very chilled when I go in there and they’re flexible and the service is lovely.
Me and my sister went in on a Saturday so we knew it would be busy but didn’t think we would have to wait 45 mins then getting told 2 times to sit down and get the nails done then getting told to go back to the waiting seats then when it came to the nails my little sister wanted pink and white ombré nails with glitter on the ring fingers keep in mind it was her birthday set and I wanted black nails with the ring fingers red with black candy cane print on them the nails for my sister was not at all what she asked after saying many times what she wanted and both of us asked for shorter nails and they wasn’t listening and having different nail techs doing our nails even a beginner was rude to my sister about her disability in her hands and said well your hands are wonky and her colleagues agreed with her and ended up being in their for 2 hours and paid £40 each not suggested for good service DONT GO save your money
I had the worst experience at Brighyon Nail Salon. The customer service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. They assigned a trainee to do my full set acrylic nails without informing me, and he clearly had no experience. He even caused a cut on my finger while using the machine. They were not cooperative at all when it came to colour choices. It felt like they just wanted to finish quickly instead of helping me choose something I actually liked. They also overcharged me even though I did not add any colours. They kept negotiating with me about adding colours when they didn’t even apply the main colour layer properly. When I raised my concerns, the manager, she just told me to apply the oil myself. If I wanted to do everything myself, I would not go to a nail specialist or salon. Overall, I was very disappointed. The service was unprofessional, the experience was uncomfortable, and they still charged me for it. I will not be returning.
Came in with no appointment and got my nails done right away. I had a picture on my phone of a design, he did my nails exactly like the picture. I have been going here for years and they always do an amazing job!

Very pleasant team ! I’ve loved the fact that they are really fast and meticulous. The staff is composed by real professionals and I’ve enjoyed doing my pedicure with the massage chair ;) I recommend Jack too !
Always a good experience here. I come once a month and always leave feeling over the moon with the results. I've seen others comment about the language barrier but for me personally, this isn't a problem and I would recommend taking photos along for reference.
Always gone here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, lovely gentleman and women that work there. Always soo friendly. Obviously a slight language barrier but never ever a problem and always loved the overall result of my nails. Highly recommend.
